My Approach to Instructional Design
I believe that great instructional design goes beyond simply conveying information; it should inspire learners to engage, retain, and apply what they’ve learned. My approach is deeply rooted in [learning theories/models you follow, e.g., Constructivism, ADDIE, SAM, Universal Design for Learning (UDL)]. I focus on building learning experiences that are accessible to all learners, ensuring inclusivity and user-centered design at every step of the process.
I use a systematic approach to design, where I start with a thorough needs analysis, followed by careful planning and content development. I strongly believe in the value of collaboration, often working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevancy. My design process is flexible, adapting to both traditional and agile project environments.
I am Passionate about continuous learning, I seek opportunities to grow and stay updated in the field. Explore my portfolio to learn more about my work and feel free to connect!
